Merging PowerPoint presentations into one PDF or handout

The PPT Merger combines several presentations into one PDF in the order you choose. You can keep every slide full-size or print handouts with 2, 4, 6, 8 or 16 slides per page. It accepts PPTX, PPT, PPSX and ODP.

    Common uses

    Conferences and team presentations

Collect slides from many speakers into one document for the organiser, the audience or the archive.

    Lecture notes and handouts

Print many slides per page for students to annotate while saving paper.

    Reviews and approvals

Send managers or clients a single PDF instead of several attachments that may open differently on their machines.

    Sharing without the original file

A PDF keeps fonts, layout and images as designed even when the recipient has no PowerPoint installed.

    Archiving

Store a stable PDF copy of a series of presentations that will not change when software updates.

    Course material

Join weekly decks into one study pack with bookmarks for each file.

    How it works

Each presentation is converted to PDF with a professional office engine so fonts, shapes and images look as designed, and the results are joined in order.

    Layouts

Pick full slides or 2, 4, 6, 8 or 16 slides per page on A4 or US Letter, with optional borders. Reorder the files with the up and down controls first.

    Fonts and animations

A PDF is a static document, so animations and transitions are not included. If a special font is not available it is replaced by a similar one, so embed fonts in the original when it matters.

    Speed

Conversion of presentations takes a few seconds because every slide must be rendered; the progress bar shows what is happening.

    Making it smaller

Use the reduce option to recompress the pictures if the result is large.

    Privacy

No sign-up. Uploads and results are removed two minutes after your download has finished (a result nobody downloads is removed after 30 minutes).

    Troubleshooting

    Text looks different

Fonts that are not installed on the server are substituted. Export the slides as images or embed fonts before merging.

    A presentation fails

Password-protected or corrupted files cannot be opened. Save a fresh copy and try again.

    The PDF is large

Slides with high-resolution pictures create big files; use the reduce option.

    Available in 55 languages

The whole site - menus, buttons, guides and messages - can be switched to 55 languages, including English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, Nepali, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Use the language menu in the top bar; your choice is remembered, and the file formats and tools work exactly the same in every language.

    Tips and good to know

Why is the output a PDF?

A PDF looks identical on every device and is ready to print or share. It's the format used for handouts, so it's the most dependable result.

    Do animations and videos work?

Slides are exported as still pages, so animations and embedded videos appear as their static frame.

    Fonts look different.

If your deck uses a font that isn't installed on our server, a similar font is substituted. For best results, use common fonts or embed fonts when saving your deck.
