1. Acceptance

By using TinyFileHub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

We provide online tools to convert and compress audio, image and video files. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Output quality and availability are not guaranteed.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You must own the files you upload or have the right to process them.
• Do not upload illegal content, malware, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass limits.
• Automated or bulk use beyond normal personal use requires our permission.

We may delete files, block IP addresses or refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Free use and limits

The tools are free to use. To keep the service fast for everyone, there is no daily limit and each task may be up to 200 MB in total (one file or several together), but automated or abusive use may be rate-limited or blocked.

5. Donations

Donations ("Support us with a coffee") are voluntary gifts to support the free service and do not create any right to products or services. They are non-refundable except for mistakes, duplicates and unauthorised payments, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, or where the law requires.

6. File retention

We do not store your files; a result is removed 2 minutes after your download has completed, or after 30 minutes if it was never downloaded (the 2-minute countdown starts only after your download finishes). You are responsible for downloading your results and keeping your own backups.

6a. Reviews, messages and photo edits

Reviews must be honest, about your own experience, and free of links, advertising, abuse or personal data of others; we may remove reviews that break these rules. You can edit your own review from the browser you wrote it in. The Passport Photo Maker's dress templates, background colour and enhance are a convenience: you are responsible for checking that the final photo meets the rules of the authority you submit it to (some do not accept edited photos or require your real clothing).

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, profit or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7a. Your content and copyright

You may only upload files you own or have the right to process. We do not review, host or publish your files; they are processed automatically and returned to you. If you believe the service is being used to infringe your copyright, email contact@tinyfilehub.com with the details and we will respond promptly. Third-party names and file-format marks (MP3, MP4, HEIC, PDF, PowerPoint and similar) belong to their owners and are used only to describe supported file types.

8. Advertising

The site displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or websites you reach through ads.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and the service at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights where you live.
